This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official proposal of the RIDNETAXI service to provide access to the RIDNETAXI software and information platform for the purpose of organizing ride requests between passengers and drivers.
Any person who registers, connects to, or uses the RIDNETAXI service automatically confirms their full agreement with the terms and conditions of this Offer.
1.1. The RIDNETAXI service is an information platform that enables users (passengers and drivers) to find each other in order to organize transportation.
1.2. RIDNETAXI is not a transportation provider, does not provide transportation services, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or execution of any ride.
1.3. All transportation services are provided directly by drivers, who are solely responsible for their activities in accordance with the laws of the country in which they operate.
2.1. Registration in the system, connection to the platform, or use of any functionality of the RIDNETAXI service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
2.2. If a user does not agree with any part of this Offer, they must immediately stop using the service.
3.1. The user agrees to provide truthful and accurate information during registration.
3.2. The driver confirms that they possess all required documents, permits, and licenses necessary to provide transportation services in accordance with the laws of the country where they operate.
3.3. The user may not use the service for any unlawful activity.
4.1. The RIDNETAXI service has the right to establish commissions for the use of the platform as well as other applicable fees.
4.2. The amount of commissions, tariffs, fees, and other charges may be changed at the sole discretion of RIDNETAXI.
4.3. By connecting to the system or continuing to use it, the user automatically agrees to all current tariffs, commissions, and service conditions.
5.1. RIDNETAXI reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement the terms of this Offer at any time.
5.2. The RIDNETAXI service is not obligated to individually notify users about any changes, including changes to tariffs, commissions, or other service conditions.
5.3. The current version of this Offer becomes effective from the moment it is published.
5.4. Continued use of the service after changes have been made constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms.
6.1. RIDNETAXI is not responsible for:
actions or inaction of drivers or passengers
the quality of transportation services
delays or cancellations of rides
any financial or other losses arising between users
6.2. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind.
7.1. RIDNETAXI reserves the right at any time to:
suspend or block user access to the system
delete a user account
restrict the use of the service
without providing a reason.
8.1. This Offer governs all relationships between RIDNETAXI and its users.
8.2. By using the service, the user confirms that they:
